Repair
arca-shop is the authorized service center for ARCA-SWISS in Germany. Walter Pfisterer and Johanna Gollob have been trained by ARCA-SWISS for the repair and maintenance of our products.
If you encounter any issues, please contact either arca-shop or ARCA-SWISS directly before sending your equipment for repair.
While minor repairs can be carried out at arca-shop, some products may require service at ARCA-SWISS in France.
If your product needs factory service in France, arca-shop will handle all necessary arrangements and coordinate the shipment for you.
Warranty
ARCA-SWISS provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all non-electronic products.
ARCA-SWISS will repair or replace your product if inspection or testing determines that it is not functioning properly due to material or workmanship defects or other mechanical causes, excluding damage caused by falls, accidents, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, or product modification.
ARCA-SWISS cannot provide warranty coverage under the following circumstances:
- The original purchase receipt cannot be provided.
- The damage is due to external factors such as dirt, mud, sand, debris, water, or saltwater.
- The failure is caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or other external causes.
- The damage results from the product not being assembled, used, or operated as instructed in the product manual.
- Improper handling, tampering, or servicing by unauthorized personnel or third-party devices.
If it becomes necessary to repair or replace a defective product, the ARCA-SWISS warranty will cover the repaired or replaced product for 1 year or for the remaining duration of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
