In den hinteren Formatrahmen wird der Mattscheibenrahmen der ARCA-SWISS eingesetzt.
Durch den Druck, den man beim Einsetzten des Mattscheiberahmens (bei 4x5" des internat.Rückteils) auf den Formatrahmen ausübt, arretiert dieser sicher durch die Bajonettverriegelung. Das selbe gilt natürlich auf der anderen Seite für den Balgen.
Je nach Größe des Kassetten - oder Mattscheibenrahmens,also letztendlich der gewünschten Kamera, bzw. Film - oder Digital-Back Größe kommen folgende Formatrahmen zum Einsatz:
- 6x9cm für Digital- Backs - 4x5" für analoge Filme oder mit der Reduktionsplatte auch DBs - 5x7" für Filme - 8x10" für Filme
Es gibt 3 unterschiedlich konstruierte Formatrahmen hinten.
f-classic: Der Mattscheibenrahmen wird manuel in der Höhe verschoben und mit der Feststellschraube fixiert.
f-metric: Der Mattscheibenrahmen wird mittels eines selbstarretierenden Feintriebes in der Höhe verstellt.
m-line: Die Mattscheibe wird mit dem Funktionsträger in der Höhe verstellt.
