There is a wide range of different plates, both for various camera models and different use cases. There are two series of camera plates: the monoball®Fix and Classic series. The Classic series, known worldwide as the "ARCA Standard," has a 38mm wide dovetail and fits all ARCA-SWISS tripod heads with Classic or flipLock® quick release.
The dovetail of the monoball®Fix camera plates is narrower, with a width of 25mm. The MonoballFix camera plates are compatible with all 3 ARCA-SWISS quick releases: monoball®Fix, Classic, and flipLock®.
